I initially created this blog as a platform for a University assignment regarding 'differentiation in the classroom' (see link to the right) but then decided this would be a great opportunity for me to collaborate my learning, experiences and resources within the field of education.
I am a current full time third year University student studying a double degree in Primary Education and Disability. I am also a Mum of one beautiful daughter (who I get to practice all my 'teacher talk' and 'behavior strategies' with) and I fit in some work and volunteering around all this!
On my first ever school visit, the students named me 'Miss Natalie' and I loved it - it was my first time feeling like a teacher! So, this blog has been named Educating Miss Natalie, as it is currently me who is being educated, as I learn and develop my own pedagogy every day. I hope to continue learning throughout my entire career!
This blog will become my
one-stop-shop for compiling my valuable learning experiences and resources within education,
disability and special education.....so keep an eye out!
